Spain's Digital Nomad Visa (DNV) offers remote workers the opportunity to reside in Spain while continuing their professional activities for foreign companies.
Introduced in January 2023, this visa caters to employees, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who meet specific criteria.
The Spain Digital Nomad Visa allows non-EU remote workers to live and work in Spain legally. It is designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote employees seeking long-term residency while maintaining professional flexibility.
With the Spanish Digital Nomad Visa, holders gain long-term residency, visa-free Schengen travel, and access to Spain’s lifestyle and business opportunities. The process is straightforward, making it an attractive option for digital professionals.
To qualify, applicants must prove remote income, have private health insurance, and meet tax requirements. Our experts handle paperwork and compliance, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
The Digital Nomad Visa for Spain is available to citizens of countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. Contact us for a consultation to assess your visa eligibility.
